Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
